4、如果在使用過程中，因操作不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致加熱板進(jìn)水，應(yīng)首先聯(lián)系廠家進(jìn)行維修。如果需要進(jìn)行應(yīng)急搶修，可將加熱板上蓋板打開，先將水倒出，然后將電控箱設(shè)置為手動(dòng)操作，加溫到100℃，保持恒溫半個(gè)小時(shí)，將線路烘干，在在手動(dòng)狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行皮帶膠接。同時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)聯(lián)系生產(chǎn)廠家，進(jìn)行線路的整體更換。
6、每次使用結(jié)束后，應(yīng)當(dāng)將水壓板內(nèi)的水放干凈，尤其是冬季，如果水不能放干凈，往往導(dǎo)致水壓板膠皮過早老化，水壓板使用壽命降低；
7、正確的放水方式是，在硫化保溫結(jié)束后，硫化機(jī)未拆卸前進(jìn)行。如果在機(jī)器拆卸后放水，有可能導(dǎo)致水壓板內(nèi)的水無法徹底排出。
